A 22-year-old local man faces charges of especially aggravated kidnapping after he allegedly held a man at gunpoint and forced him to drive him around. John Thomas Mason, 22, was arrested on Jan. 4. According to Sheriff Patrick Ray, On Dec. 19 Mason held a man at gunpoint and forced the man to take him to a location on Midway Road, then took the car at gunpoint without the consent of the owner.
