Director of Schools Mark Willoughby presented each of the four outgoing school board members a School Bell Award at last week’s meeting of the board of education, recognizing them for their service. Willoughby also presented a School Bell Award to Jordan Wilkins, the recently graduated DCHS student representative to the board. Shown from left are First District member John David Foutch, who served nine years on the board, and did not seek re-election to the seat, Second District member Charles Robinson, Third District member Kenny Rhody, and Seventh District member Johnny Lattimore, who were all defeated in bids for reelection.
