On Wednesday, Sept. 13, Stephen Anthony Patterson, 39, was arrested for DUI second offense, methamphetamine possession, and cited for simple possession. Smithville police responded to Larry’s Discount for a male subject passed out behind the steering wheel. Upon arrival, the officer made contact with the male subject found to be Patterson, passed out with the vehicle running.
