• On Monday, Dec. 25, Matthew Gilles, 31, was arrested for violation of bond conditions. Police responded to Gilles residence for a 911 hang-up. Upon arrival the officer made contact with Gilles who is under an order granting bail for a charge of aggravated assault. One condition of the order granting bail is that Gilles cannot possess a firearm. While at Gilles’ residence, in plain view was a CVA Wolf muzzle loader. Bond: $2500
• On Friday, Dec. 29, Tammy E Burton, 57, was arrested for public intoxication. Police responded to 3D Financial due to a report of a suspicious person. Police made contact with Burton who was acting erratic, talking out of her mind, and appeared as if she was under the influence of an illegal substance. Burton was placed under arrest for her and the public’s safety. Bond: $1500.00 GS: Thursday, Jan. 25
• Robert G Judkins, 26, was arrested on Friday, Jan. 5, for resisting arrest. Officers went to Judkins residence to serve a warrant against him out of Warren Co. Judkins was advised of the warrant and placed in custody. Judkins then tried to flee by running and charging at another person present in a threatening manner. The officers attempted to gain control and when Judkins wouldn’t comply with the commands to get on the ground, an officer deployed his taser to effectively make an arrest and gain control. • On Saturday, Jan. 6., Joshua Brent Luhrs, 32, was arrested for domestic assault. Luhrs did force entry into the bedroom where the victim was and grabbed her by the neck and pulled her through the apartment then outside and down the stairs causing the victim to be in fear for her personal safety. Redness was observed by officers around the neck and chest area of the victim. Bond: $3500 GS: Thursday, Jan. 25.
• Nigel Thompkins-Wilson, 28, was arrested on Sunday, Jan. 7, for identity theft and cited for criminal impersonation and evading arrest. Police responded to Russell Cellular (Verizon) due to identity theft. Upon arriving on scene, the suspect found to be Wilson took off running on foot trying to flee. When he was detained, he was asked for his name and he gave them the name of the victim. Wilson had a license with his picture on it but with the victim’s name and date of birth. A computer check with Central Dispatched revealed him to be Wilson. Wilson showed the license to the Verizon employee in an attempt to purchase three iPhones and have them charged to the victim. The victim was contacted and made aware of this incident. Bond: $10,000 GS: Thursday, Jan. 25.
