Several people were arrested recently by Smithville Police for offenses within the city limits. Included in city arrests and citations: Lisa Michelle Roller, 45, of McMinnville has been charged with DUI 2nd and cited for implied consent and open container. Roller was involved in a two vehicle crash and upon making contact with her, police found she had slurred speech and a smell of an alcoholic beverage about her breath and person.
