Pre-school holds publishing party
A "Budding Authors Publishing Party" was held for students in the Smithville First United Methodist Church Pre-School Thursday night at the UMC Christian Fellowship Center. The students, their parents and teachers celebrated the release of a hardback book featuring writings and illustrations done by the students themselves. Students (publishers) participating were Avery Agee, Landon Colwell, Caroline Crook, Andrew Dakas, Annabella Dakas, Milas Driver, Dallas Kirby, Madeline Martin, Melody McConnaughey (not in picture) Addison Miller (not in picture), Layla Newby, Katherine Knowles, Emily Robinson, Owen Snipes (not in picture), Braelyn Teachout, and Tiara Patrick.
