The 19th annual Relay for Life will take place on May 6 at Greenbrook Park. This year's theme is ""Paint Your World Purple" The event begins with musical entertainment at 5 p.m., followed by the opening ceremony at 6 p.m. featuring personal testimonies from cancer survivors and then a Survivors' Lap. Luminaria bags will light the track after sunset, and participants, survivors and caregivers will gather for a Luminaria Ceremony at 9 p.m. to remember loved ones lost to cancer and to honor those who have battled the disease.
