The Smithville Review sent 706 Santa letters from local children to the North Pole via Macy’s Department Store Monday. Mikelyn Mattox of the Review (left) is shown here presenting the letters to Billy Phillips Sr. at the post office. Phillips assured us that the letters would reach Santa with time to spare before Christmas.
