School calendars have been approved for the next two years in DeKalb County. In an unprecedented move for the board of education, calendars for both the 2106-17 and 2017-18 school years were accepted at their regular monthly meeting Thursday in the cafeteria at DCHS. This marks the first time the board has adopted calendars for two years in advance. A significant difference between the calendars is the length of fall break.
