Several arrests were made this past week by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department. Included in arrests and citations:

Ricky Lee Mason, 29, of Lebanon is charged with burglary and theft. His charges come for his entering of a vehicle without permission on Christmas Eve of last year. He reportedly took $100 from the vehicle and then took $170 more in cash from the residence.

Tevin S. Cartwright, 20, is charged with driving on a revoked license. He was pulled over by a sheriff’s deputy after the office noticed he was driving with the wrong license plate on his car. It was at that point the officer found Cartwright had no license and arrested him for driving on a revoked license.

Julian G. Soto, 36, is charged with second-offense driving on a revoked license. A deputy observed him not stopping at a stop sign and pulled him over. It was then he found Soto’s license had been revoked for a DUI back in 2009.

Gregory W. Roberts is charged with third-offense driving on a revoked license and violation of probation. He is charged after a deputy saw him driving and knew he had no license. He was stopped on Page Drive and a computer check confirmed he was revoked for a DUI back in 2013.
Clint A. Fann, 27, of Liberty is charged with DUI. He was arrested by a deputy after he was seen weaving from his lane of travel. The officer who stopped him said he smelled of alcohol, had slurred speech and was unsteady on his feet. He did poorly on a field sobriety test and was placed in custody.

Destiny L. Herron, 22, is charged with DUI. She was stopped by deputies who responding to a fight call outside a local bar. She was driving a vehicle that fit the description of one of the combatants that had left the scene. She refused a sobriety test and was arrested.

Robin Lynn Woodard, 33, of Gordonsville is charged with second-offense driving on a revoked license. She was stopped on Dry Creek Road by a deputy. In addition to having no license, Woodard was charged with possession of meth after a baggie of the drug containing 1.5 grams of meth was found in her possession.
