Several arrests and citations were reported by Sheriff Patrick Ray over the past week. Included in sheriff’s department citations and arrests:
Kendrick and Tara L. Burton were cited at their Midway Drive home for possession of drug paraphernalia. A deputy was called to their residence by a probation officer after he found hypodermic needles he believes they were using to inject drugs. The drug use is a violation of their probation.

Jeffery S. Sharp, 40, is charged with DUI. He was arrested after a deputy arrived to work a wreck on Toad Road. Sharp was found to be the driver and smelled of alcohol and was unable to stand on his own.

Taylor Nicole Hensley, 23, is charged with being a fugitive from justice. She is charged for having a violation out of Texas for violating community corrections.

Joseph H. Clark, 34, was arrested for failure to appear. He is charged with not reporting to jail when ordered to serve time for allowing dogs to run at large.

Debra Kelly Wood, 60, is charged with DUI. A deputy pulled her over for driving recklessly and found she smelled of alcohol.

Jessica Ann Jenkins, 29, is charged with criminal impersonation, criminal trespass, resisting stop and public intoxication. A deputy responded to Tubbs Street in Liberty to investigate a trespasser. Jenkins allegedly tried to flee the officer and claimed her name was Anna Wagoner when she was caught. A deputy on the scene knew her real name to be Jessica Jenkins as she was known to law enforcement.
