Several arrests and citations were reported by Sheriff Patrick Ray over the past week. Included in sheriff’s department citations and arrests:Kendrick and Tara L. Burton were cited at their Midway Drive home for possession of drug paraphernalia. A deputy was called to their residence by a probation officer after he found hypodermic needles he believes they were using to inject drugs.
