Two people face meth trafficking charges after sheriff’s officers raided their Cecil Hale Road home this past week.
The suspects, David Sandlin Jr., and Angela L. Howell, both 53, are charged with manufacture, possession or sale of methamphetamine. Sandlin will be in court tomorrow while Howell will appear next Thursday.
Lawmen executed a search warrant on their residence and found the illegal narcotics along with drug paraphernalia.
“Mr. Sandlin was found in possession of 7.4 grams of meth, hypodermic needles and scales,” said Sheriff Patrick Ray. “He admitted they were for illegal drug use.”
Meanwhile Howell was charged with possessing 17.3 grams of meth contained in three bags.
“She admitted to selling,” the sheriff noted.
