Smithville Doughnuts opens
The proprieters of the new doughnut shop on West Broad Street, from left, are Vuth Chandyna, his sister Noline Chandyna and his brother-in-law Marc Meneguzzo. While Vuth Chandyna, whose family operates several shops across the country, came from California to help in the effort, Meneguzzo migrated from Detroit. He told the Review that one of the primary reasons for locating in Smithville was to get away from big-city life and enjoy living in the country.
