Tom Stufano, of Liberty, right, recently received a Congressional Commendation from Congressman Jim Cooper. Stufano received a letter from the Congressman which read in part, “I would like to commend you for your leadership and guidance in supervising the Homeland Security disaster response team that responded to the May 2010 flood in Tenessee. Your commitment and determination in managing over 1,300 federal personel that participated in the recovery operations was influential in preserving life and sturcturing a well coordinated recovery process.”
