DeKalb County High School senior Victoria Dawn Tatrow was crowned the 2011 Miss Tennessee High School America Saturday night at the state pageant held in Memphis. Victoria will represent the state of Tennessee at the national pageant to be held in San Antonio, Texas in March of next year. She is the 17 year-old daughter Corey and Vickie Funk and the late Shanna Tatrow.
