Sergeant Brad C. Tatrow of the Smithville Police Department was honored with a certificate of achievement in recognition of five years of dedicated service to the Smithville Police Department last week. Tatrow’s career with the department began as a patrol officer. He served as the department's K-9 handler for three years and was then promoted to sergeant.
