The DeKalb County Grand Jury handed down 38 indictments last week, including two sealed indictments. Those indicted and their charges are as follows: Billy Braswell and Quastaia Braswell: Initiation of methamphetamine, Possession of a Schedule II drug over .5 grams, Aggravated child abuse, Possession of drug paraphernalia, Speeding, Open Container, and Financial Responsibility Law.
