The sheriff’s department has taken three people named in sealed indictments at last Monday’s session of the DeKalb County Grand Jury into custody.
According to Sheriff Patrick Ray, Brandi Lynn Dorris, 33, of Liberty was arrested on July 26 on an indictment for sale and delivery of a Schedule III controlled substance (Suboxone) on or about December 21, 2015.
Her bond is $30,000, and she will be arraigned in DeKalb County Criminal Court on Aug. 8
Amanda Brooke Washer, 28, was indicted for simple possession of a Schedule VI drug (Marijuana) on or about December 14, 2015. She was arrested on July 27.
Her bond is $2,500, and she will be arraigned in criminal court on Aug. 8.
James Robert Lee (Jimmy) Fuson, 29, was indicted for theft of property over $500. He was arrested on July 28.
His bond is $7,500, and he will be arraigned in criminal court on Aug. 8.
Two others named in sealed grand jury indictments had not been arrested as of press time.
