A two vehicle accident on Highway 70 West at the Allen Ferry Road intersection at approximately 10:15 a.m. Tuesday resulted in one occupant requiring LifeFlight due to injuries sustained in the crash. Nicole Davis, 39, was flown to Vanderbilt after her 2009 Nissan Versa was traveling west on US 70. According to investigating officer THP Trooper Jeremy Tramel a 2011 Nissan pickup, driven by Beth Sucher Anderson, 56, of Smithville was traveling south on SR 83, stopped at the stop sign at US 70.
