Two car collision injures drivers on West Broad Friday

A two-car accident on US70/West Broad near DeKalb County High School just after 5 p.m. resulted in two injuries, one requiring airlifting to Vanderbilt. According Tennessee Highway Patrol Investigating Trooper Danielle Neal, Ann Taylor, 31, of Smithville was pulling out of Tiger Drive onto West Broad Street in a 2015 Dodge Dart when she crossed the path of a 2015 Honda CRV , driven by Myra Sircy , 49, of Lebanon who was traveling west on Broad Street. The front of Sircy’s vehicle struck the driver’s side door of Taylor’s car.
