According to the Smithville Police Department, Gary Collins, 38, was cited for shoplifting at Tractor Supply Company on Jan. 6.
Police said Collins concealed items on his body in an attempt to deprive the store of its property.
Tammy Sue Steele, 33, was cited for shoplifting at Dollar General Store on Jan. 13.
Police said Steele was observed concealing items in her purse by store employees. 
Richard B Turner, 41, was cited for shoplifting at Save-A-Lot on Jan. 12.
Police said Turner was observed going into the restroom with items which were later found on his person.
Kenny R Herman, 51, and Wanda Carol Mathis, 40, were cited for possession of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 14.
Officers responding to a residence for a possible fight in progress reportedly observed Herman and Mathis hiding needles on their persons.
