A local man who became one of the state’s most wanted didn’t even have an entire day to enjoy his infamy as he was nabbed the same day the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation put him on the list. The fugitive, David Paul Vaughn of DeKalb County was arrested at a hotel in Dickson without incident Friday evening. His arrest came the same day the TBI added him to its Top Ten Most Wanted list.
