According to Sergeant Eric McCormick of the Tennessee Highway Patrol, a 34-year-old woman who rolled her 2006 Buick on Jefferson Road Sunday is to be charged with DUI. McCormick said Amy Craig was traveling east on Jefferson Road at around 7:45 p.m. when she left the road on the right side and rolled her Buick over. The vehicle came to rest on its side. Craig was taken to DeKalb Community Hospital by DeKalb EMS where she was treated and released. The trooper said she was to be charged with driving under the influence, violation of the implied consent law, expired registration and failure to stay in her lane of travel.
