Autumn Danielle White, 37, was arrested by Smithville police on Feb. 2 for simple possession and possession with intent to resell a Schedule II drug.
According to the warrants against her, White was arrested on a possession of marijuana charge at Wal-Mart.
While in custody, police said White appeared to be attempting to recover something from her body.
When approached, she allegedly attempted to swallow a plastic baggie containing pills and eight small bags containing less than one gram of methamphetamine each, with a total weight of three grams.
Authorities said that based on the separate packaging, she was charged with possession with intent to resell.
Her bond was set at $11,500, and she will appear in court on March 14.
Nicholas Alton Hollingsworth, 30, a passenger in White's vehicle at the time of the arrest, was reportedly found to be in possession of a small baggie with a white substance and a used hypodermic needle.
Hollingsworth was cited for simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. He will appear in court on March 14 as well.
James D Roberts, 53, was arrested for the violation of an order of protection on Feb. 3.
The warrant said that Roberts was found in the company of his girlfriend, who had an order of protection issued against him in 2012, at a local grocery store.
Robert Charles England, 33, was cited for simple possession on Feb. 5.
A city officer allegedly recovered pills believed to be Hydrocodone on a routine traffic stop.
England is set to appear in court on March 3.
Jason Mark Watts 37 was arrested for DUI and evading arrest on Feb. 6.
According to police, an officer on patrol saw Watt’s vehicle veering from the proper lane of travel.
While the officer reportedly activated his blue lights near the high school, Watts allegedly did not stop until he was near DeKalb Market.
Watts was reportedly unsteady on his feet and slow to comply to verbal commands, with a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his person.
Watts allegedly refused to attempt field sobriety tasks but submitted to a blood alcohol test.
His bond was set at $3,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on March 14.
