A drunk driver has been charged with evading arrest after he tried to get away from deputies while driving the wrong-side of the road. The suspect, Nelson Ramos Celaya, 31, is charged with driving under the influence and evading arrest. His charges come after deputies were dispatched to Nashville Highway to investigate a call of a motorist driving in the wrong lane of traffic.
