After yet another spectacular season in 2011, in which the DCHS Tigers made their second consecutive state tournament appearance, head baseball coach Scott Odom does not look to rebuild but to reload.After losing five starters from last season's team due to graduating seniors, Coach Odom has some big shoes to fill. 2010 District MVP Destry Wiggins, 2011 District MVP Shane Salley, and two-time first team All-District third baseman Tyler Caldwell continue their baseball careers at the collegiate level. Coach Odom must find that same productivity from some of the younger players.“Pitching looks to be our strong point this year,” Odom stated.
