A man who forced another vehicle off the road and into a convenience store has been charged with felony assault. The man, Marcos Antonio Nandez, 27, of Smith Road is charged with aggravated assault, driving on a suspended license and failure to give immediate notice of an accident. The aggravated assault count is a Class C felony punishable by three to six years in prison.
